I was so excited to read this book and I can say that I loved it beyond measure. Even though I love all of the couples in the Devils Knights Series Meg and Lo are my favorite couple and I could not wait to see them get married. Meg and Lo are perfect together even if she at times goes into her wacky head and needs Lo to remind her. This book is hysterical in parts, has hot alpha males, feisty strong females and together it makes for a thoroughly enjoyable read. There is a reason that this series is one of my favorites of all time and that is because Winter Travers tells great stories through wonderful couples. Meg and Lo will always be my favorite couple I am sure, but as happens with each of the books in the series I continue to enjoy and get excited about reading each one. If you have not read the first book in the series Loving Lo then you will need to get and read that book first as that is the story of how Meg and Lo got together. I recommend if you are able to get each book in the series that you do so because while each couple has a standalone HEA there are aspects and storylines that run through each book. I also recommend that you do so because the books are fantastic and Keeping Meg is no exception. I laughed. I cried (it was a wedding, duh!) I cursed at the end of this, can't wait to read Demon. If I wasn't already in love with Lo I definitely am now. He laughs at Meg's crazy and reels her in when necessary, showing us how to love your significant other.
SPOILER ALERT- This book has no real story. This is completely about Meg and Lo's wedding plans and Meg being ridiculous. This series started out with somewhat of a story line, but it has slowly disappeared. Now the books are about drama and sex.
Lo and Meg are planning the biggest event in their lives. As they get everything situated for the wedding Lo is dealing with club business and keeping secrets from Meg. Meg doesn't like the fact that Lo is being secretive and she wants to know what is going on. Will Lo's secrets keep Meg from marrying him or will they get through it and walk down the aisle.
And I now love Meg. They are perfect for each other. I now have another "favorite" author thanks to Winter Travers. She has such a smooth writing style and everything just flows. I found myself constantly putting my down, not because the story was hard to read but because I wanted it to last a little longer. I'm ready for Demon's book!
It must of been Good Cause I couldn't put it down .... loved hearing about the antics of Meg ... knowing there'd be a HEA .... love this series.. the whole lot of them .. but I have to say that very last page ... when Paige fell over at the bar tripping over Demons legs & when they both looked up recognising each other ... Now I'm Excited!! Can't wait for this book ... -)
Okay so in my imaginary world, Meg is my BFF! Lo is swoon worthy the way that he handles Meg and all of her quirks.
This is a great installment in the Devil's Knights series and portrays the upcoming nuptials of Lo and Meg. I've enjoyed this series and they are one of my favorite couples.
I'm off to go buy some purple Converse now.........
It never seizes to amaze me how this author can keep you soo intrigued and wrapped up in these series and make you fall in love even more with the next character your introduced too!! Each one of these books in the series are intertwined to where you still hear and see so much of the other characters you have already grown to love so much which is wicked awesome, that way you can still keep up on their lives and know what's going on with them also. This whole series is a must read!!!!!
