This is another great book in the Clayton Falls series. Author Alyssa Rose Ivy continues to build on the familiar world of Clayton Falls, as well as the characters who I have come to love.

I am happy that Jake finally has a romance of his own. Emily is the new character who catches Jake’s attention, but she has a few secrets that could change everything. There are definitely some bumps that might impede any happily ever after.

This contemporary, NA romance touches on the consequences of big mistakes, secrets and lies. It is an enjoyable read, and it is well told. I would like to see Ivy write a few more stories about Clayton Falls. 4 3/4 stars

I loved this book. Alyssa Rose Ivy in my opinion can really write a story. I read all three books in this series (Clayton Falls Series) and they all made me fall in love with them. This is a perfect read if you want something happy, happy endings and warm fuzzies.
Just like every other Alyssa book I have read I loved this one just as much! Jake and Emily are amazing together! They both have set backs but that doesn't tear them apart. I loved reading their story! I'm glad fate brought them together. It was great to see all the other characters from the first two books!
Please say there will be more of this series! I laughed and I cried. I can't get enough of this series. I love all of the characters and the funny conversations. The love and the real life trials . I read this book in one day and hope there is another so I can do it all over again.
I am a huge fan of Alyssa Rose Ivy, but this book did not make me feel all happy inside. In fact, it sort of made me want to just go sleep it off or maybe run a few miles. Anything to release get the negative emotions and disappointment out of my system.

The main characters have no redeeming qualities, at least none that are completely realistic or that fit in with their overall persona. They make rash decisions that create unnecessary drama and...ugh.

That's not to say that Alyssa Rose Ivy's other books are two-star books. In fact, I'd argue that most of them were five-star worthy, but this book sorely disappointed. The humor was almost forced compared to her other accounts and the love story was like trying to put together two pieces of completely different puzzles. Maybe I just have have unreasonably high standards for Ms.Ivy, but she's never let me down like this. I honestly could not even finish the book.

However, maybe this story line fits for you and your mindset coincides with that of the author and this book will be your new favorite. As always, I recommend you to try the sample and then make a decision. I, unfortunately, made the wrong one.
Jake and Emily were awesome. I've loved Jake since book one and was so excited to read a book about his love story. He is probably my favorite character out of the series. Having chapters from his point of view was so much fun. And Emily was just so sweet. This book was perfect, except that it had to end. I could've read a million more pages about Jake and Emily, but at least I can re-read this one! I also just love how this author incorporates the characters you already know and love from previous books into her stories. Her writing is phenomenal
I have loved this series! Alyssa Rose Ivy has done a fantastic job of making me love each and every character, but I will admit that I was waiting for Jake's story the most.
From the very first book he intrigued me, he was the bad boy but he was still super sweet and I really wanted to see him get on the right track and find love too.
Emily was super awesome and she was seriously the perfect fit for Jake, there circumstances regarding how they met were horrible, but the way they dealt with it was sweet and at times humorous.
Alyssa Rose Ivy is a fantastic writer that I will definitely be keeping my eye on going forward. If you are looking for a sweet read that you will be able to totally lose yourself in I highly recommend Wrecked (as well as everything else Alyssa has written!)
Enjoyable story with real life elements that make the characters believable. Life isn't always simple or easy, and sometimes there is no going back ... the only option is running. But, there are times when the only way forward is going back ... the only option is to stop running from the past. While this book can be read as stand alone it does set up the connections to the other books in this series. Most readers of this genre will enjoy this book, and fans of Alyssa Rose Ivy will love it.
